If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us at hello@peekandplay.store before sending your order back.
🔄 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items should generally be:

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can investigate and assist you.
🚚 Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error on our part.
